Choosing a donation amount should feel straightforward. Start by selecting the area you want to support, choose UGX or USD, and enter your contact details so a payment can be associated with your gift. The total displayed in the form reflects your chosen amount; available payment methods appear once you reach JJuma Global.
The website sends the payment request through a protected PHP endpoint. Your card details and mobile money PIN are not entered into Donatee’s form. When you return from checkout, the status page checks server records for confirmed payment information rather than assuming that a browser redirect proves payment.

What happens after checkout?
You return to a page that checks the donation status. Paid means verified; pending means confirmation has not yet arrived and you should keep the reference.

Will I be charged for clicking Continue?
No. You must complete the authorization step on the hosted JJuma checkout for a payment to be made.
What if I choose the wrong cause?
Review the cause before authorizing. If you have already paid, contact Donatee with your reference to discuss your request.
Is this an automatic monthly payment?
No. Each website donation is a separately authorized payment, even if you intend to give every month.
